Find a mental health care provider who meets your needs.

FAQs

What conditions do you treat?

We treat clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, eating disorders, mild cognitive deficits and ADHD. Clients who have failed multiple medications or achieved limited response from medication may also benefit from treatment. We may consider treatment for clients with stable psychotic disorders. We do not treat clients with severe mental illness or provide emergency services. If we are unable to meet your needs we will provide referrals to appropriate providers.

How do I know if I’m a good candidate for treatment?

Our approach to treatment is to identify and treat the root causes of mental illness. We don’t simply prescribe medication to treat symptoms, although we may recommend medication if it will be of benefit. Our aim is to improve treatment outcomes and help clients develop lasting behavioral change. Our treatment plans often include specialty lab testing, dietary interventions and complimentary treatments such as supplements and herbal compounds that may help medications work better,

What insurance do you accept?

We are currently out of network for all insurers. We can provide you with a super bill that includes diagnosis and procedure codes that you may be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note it is the client’s responsibility to understand their insurance coverage and out of pocket costs. We will post updates about insurance enrollment in the near future.

As out of network providers we are unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare patients. We can provide a referral if you are seeking integrative care.

Why don’t you accept insurance?

Our appointments are scheduled to allow our providers the time needed to provide high quality, personalized care. Unfortunately, insurance reimbursement does not cover many specialty labs or compensate adequately for the time we spend with our clients and the work we do after the appointment to create individualized plans. By reducing the administrative burdens associated with insurance claims we are able to maintain competitive fees and spend time focusing on our clients.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit and debit cards as well as flexible spending and HSA payments. For all services payment is required in full prior to your appointment, with the exception of our free 15 minute discovery call. Repeat same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in charges. This is explained in our service agreement that you will receive when services are scheduled. There is no charge if appointments are rescheduled due to a documented emergency or illness.

Do you accept payment plans or sliding scale fees?

We offer sliding scale fees. Please contact us to discuss options if you are interested in services but are experiencing financial hardship.

Do you sell or share my information?

We will never share your information without your express written consent. We will not sell a client’s information under any circumstances. Our electronic medical record and telecommunication services are HIPAA compliant. Our terms of service, privacy practices, electronic communications and social media policy policies are sent when appointments are made.
